Our Madrichol Program is a volunteer opportunity for teens in grades 8-12. Having come through the Temple Beth-El religious school themselves, our teens are poised to help ensure that our younger students have meaningful experiences. Teens are expected to be mature, reliable, and committed to acting as positive role models. Madrichol support teachers by leading classroom activities, assisting individual students, and adding their unique energy to the classroom. There is an application process as well as training and reflection sessions to support our teens as they grow in their ability to serve the students in the religious school and the congregation.
