Check Us Out

We know that choosing a congregation is about finding the right fit for you and your family. At Temple Beth-El, we’ll happily let you try us on. Here are some ways you can do that:

Join us for Shabbat

Leave the chaos of the work week behind and enter a place of peace. Sing. Pray. Find yourself. Express gratitude. Make friends. Shabbat is a weekly gift.

Join us for a Friday night or Saturday morning service. Check our online calendar for specific date and start times, as they vary throughout the year.

Participate in an adult education class…

Our adult education classes are taught by our inspiring clergy, dedicated senior staff, talented lay leaders, and the occasional guest speaker. To inquire about our classes, please contact Sarah Gluck at 908-722-0674 x313 or via email.

Tour our religious school…

We are very proud of our religious school and love to show it off.

Religious schooling begins with Pre-K and continues through high school. Our post-b’nei mitzvah retention rate is exceptionally high, and even after confirmation, our students stick around for post-confirmation classes. That’s a testament to our great team of educators. Temple Beth-El has also been recognized for its disability inclusion program. We believe every child – no matter his/her unique challenges – deserves a Jewish education.

Attend a special program

We offer a variety of programs throughout the year, including talks by inspiring and knowledgeable guest speakers, award-winning Israeli films, and theme-based programs. Check our Upcoming Events page or our online calendar to find what interests you.

Celebrate a holiday with us…

Get to know us by worshiping with us. Our online calendar includes the dates and times of our holiday services.

Schedule a “meet & greet” tour…

Want to have your questions answered while touring our synagogue? We’re happy to have a member of Temple Beth-El show you around and answer your questions about membership. Please contact Executive Director Amy Rubin, at 908-722-0674, ext. 310 or via email to set up a tour.

We think Temple Beth-El is a very special place, and we think you will, too. To inquire about any of the above opportunities, please contact our executive director, Amy Rubin.
