Lifecycles

Jewish ritual teaches us to mark the transitions in our lives: a baby’s birth, a child’s becoming bar/bat mitzvah, an adolescent’s confirmation, a couple’s marriage, a conversion to Judaism, a loved one’s passing. At Temple Beth-El, these significant lifecycle events are woven into our worship experience as they draw us closer to our heritage and unite generations past and present.

Many families choose to celebrate these events at Temple Beth-El. Perhaps you’d like to mark a special birthday with an aliyah or by reading Torah or sponsoring an oneg. We would be honored to work with you to make your celebration memorable.

Our facilities are also available for private functions. For information on lifecycle events, please contact Temple Beth-El’s executive director, Amy Rubin.
