Daniel Dvir, a survivor of the October 7 massacre, will be joining TBE’s Confirmation Academy session to share her experience of the attack and her escape from Hamas. This high school session is open to the broader community.
Daniel will share her story for 40 minutes, and then take questions from the community. At 8:00 p.m., she will join the teens in conversation.
Daniel (pronounced Donny-el) is a 23-year-old Israeli who works in digital marketing as a Social Media manager. She recently came back from her post-army trip traveling the world and attended the Nova Music Festival with her friend Chen.
When the missiles began, they fled together, trying to escape by car. Before they got far, they were intercepted by terrorists and were forced to abandon their car and flee by foot. They were surrounded by terrorists and got separated in the chaos. Daniel hid in a tree, a river, and a barn while terrorists hunted her until she was finally rescued.
