An Introduction to the Study and Practice of Jewish Spiritual Ethics
Mussar is a centuries-old corpus of Jewish teaching and spiritual practice. It is gentle, inspiring, and eminently practical in imbuing day-to-day living with greater self-awareness, deeper meaning, and enhanced relationships with others.
In a welcoming, non-judgmental space, this four-session course will introduce you to the powerful and transformative effect of Mussar on the mind, body, heart, and soul.
