The URJ is offering a robust schedule of workshops centering around Racial Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (REDI). They range from one hour to multi-part series and are open to all to sign up for as many as you would like. All workshops are free.

Elul – Standing Strong Through the Storm: A Spiritual Navigation Through Turbulent Waters- Thursday, September 12, 2024 @1:00 p.m.
We will explore ways we can wrestle with the past to create a stronger foundation for the future. This will be an interactive session designed to provide you with tools and techniques to create a blueprint for the new year. This workshop is open to all. Register here.
Microaggression & Upstander 2-part Workshop- Wednesdays, September 18 & 25, 2024 @7:00 p.m.
During this 2-session workshop, we will discuss how to identify a microaggression, as well as learn about common microaggressions that occur within the Jewish community and strategies to disrupt them when they are caused by others and (inevitably) by ourselves.
