As part of our year-long celebration honoring Rabbi Arnie Gluck, Rabbi David Weis will join us for Erev Shabbat services as a guest darshan.
Rabbi David Weis is rabbi emeritus at Beth Israel in Northfield, New Jersey, where he served for more than three decades. During that time, Rabbi Weis solidified his role as spiritual leader not only for his own congregation but also for the greater Atlantic County region.
Rabbi Weis is a senior rabbinic fellow at the Shalom Hartman Institute in Jerusalem. He has published essays and articles on a broad array of Jewish topics and spoken to communities throughout the United States. He has also served as an adjunct professor at Stockton University, a member of the Mainland Clergy Fellowship, and president of the South Jersey Board of Rabbis and Cantors.
