Dear Temple Beth-El,
I’m pleased to let you know that all of my High Holy Day sermons, as well as the inspiring messages delivered by our lay leaders, are now able to be viewed at our website, via this link.
As a rabbi, it is a privilege to be able to address our community each Shabbat, and all the more so on our tradition’s holiest days. I tried this year to bring messages about themes and topics that were timely, important to me personally, tied to the values of our community, and of critical importance for the Jewish community more broadly. I spoke about inclusion and the current threats to civil homosexual marriage, the importance of our ability to disagree respectfully and resolve conflicts peacefully, the deepening mental health crisis in our community and country, and the current peace process and ceasefire agreement that has the potential to end the terrible Gaza War and open a pathway toward lasting peace. I hope you found these messages informative, inspiring, and encouraging. These are troubling times, and I hoped to be just one voice helping equip you to manage through them.
Sending best wishes as we wrap up our Autumn holiday season.
Shabbat Shalom,

Rabbi Noah Diamondstein
