If you are not yet sure who will be included in your sponsorship, you can let us know as the date gets closer. If you already know that you don't plan to use all of the tickets in your sponsorship, you can let us know that, too. 
 
If you would like to be seated with friends, please list their names below. We will do our best to accomodate your request.
If your sponsorship includes a message in the virtual journal, give some thought about what you want to say and send it to Amy Rubin (amyrubin@templebethelnj.org) by April 30.
